Once services are booked and confirmed, 100% payment is required in advance to process the bookings/ticket issuance as per the deadline of your booking.
All services involve a change fee/cancellation charge. These charges differ, depending on the kind of service (Air/Rail Tickets, Hotels, Ground Transport, Visa/Passport facilitation, etc) and by when you make the change/cancel.
Please refer to the rules (specific to your booking), sent to you by mail along with your booking details.
Refunds once processed, will be credited into the customer's bank account within 5-7 days.
